We are on the lookout for a small group of curious walkers to explore my concepts of nature-infused leadership!
Nature and natural patterns are around us all at all times.
To make ourselves available however, we need to slow down and focus inwardly.
And be alert to each step we take.
To honour the relationships between micro-organisms in the soil and the diversity of life that grows from them.
All of this is right in front of us, under our feet. We are it, in it and from it at all times.

Perhaps leadership emerges from this re-connection.
And ability to challenge our perceptions of life in profound ways.
